All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Motivo™ is shipped from our fulfillment centers. For international orders, please be aware that your delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees once a shipment reaches your destination country.

These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Motivo™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
5. Damages & Lost Packages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number and photos of the damage for faster processing.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
